September 27th, 2026 The Checkpoint 4x10Gb NIC in the router failed. Internal short. One has been orderded; and when it arrives services will be back up. Expect Wednesday-Friday unless I can find a SFP module to rig things up before then. September 1st, 2026 The VM server is getting an upgrade - a mirrored NVMe drive! The services will be down for a few hours at least while I make a fresh backup of everything, wipe the machine + install the OS as a fresh ZFS mirror. July 23rd, 2026 A hardware failure has happened on the virtualization host for the Asterisk server and router for 2600.network. The service will be down for awhile as I replace hardware and recover from backup. Sorry =( UPDATE: Apparently not a full NVMe failure like I thought it was. Backing up VM's now; hopefully service will resume tonight. UPDATE2: Idk wtf happened. All services are back up and running; backups have been made. Might need a new NVMe eventually? © 2600.network |
